Client Objectives 

Riedel Communications (Riedel), founded in Germany in 1987, is a leading provider of live production tools in the worlds of media, sports and entertainment.

Riedel Australia’s existing office and warehouse space was located at 38 Morley Avenue Rosebery, a suburb South of Sydney. The existing premises was approximately 600 sqm and was configured with equal amounts of office and warehouse space. LPC Advisory were engaged to assist Riedel in identifying a suitable new premises and to carry out the due diligence and negotiations relating to securing a new premises.

Riedel’s new 1,200 sqm office space at Unit 10, 26-34 Dunning Avenue Rosebery, consisted of a 3-storey office and warehouse space, with sufficient area to allow for future accessibility and flexibility. LPC Project Services was engaged to provide Project Management services during the fitout phase and to manage the appointed Design and Construct Contractor, as well as oversee the fast-track 8 week delivery Program.

Results

• The office underwent a complete transformation to create a dynamic and contemporary environment
• The existing mezzanine floor was removed to allow for column-free space on the ground floor and a new passenger lift was installed to assist with access to the 3rd floor
• Polished concrete flooring was chosen to enhance the sleek, industrial aesthetic of the workspace
