Marubeni Australia Ltd. (Marubeni) is the Australian subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation, a Japanese global organisation specialising in importing and exporting, as well as domestic business, encompassing a diverse range of business activities across wide-ranging fields.
Marubeni Australia was located at Level 16, 44 Market Street Sydney, occupying 747.3 sqm. With an end of lease imminent, Marubeni decided to review their premises requirements and made the decision to relocate to a smaller office in a premium building with a superior view and more central location. Like many other businesses, working from home had become far more prevalent, so a smaller office space better suited the business's needs.
LPC negotiated a new agreement for Marubeni to lease Suite 2, Level 58, 25 Martin Place Sydney, occupying 505.7 sqm. LPC Project Services were then engaged to complete the next stage of the project, to manage, coordinate and deliver the fit out project, to meet Marubeni's strategic needs and project objectives.
