MUFG Bank, Ltd. (MUFG) is a leading global financial group that offers comprehensive and tailored financial solutions to clients worldwide. MUFG Asia Pacific region’s core areas of business include Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Japanese Corporate Banking and Global Markets. The Melbourne Branch of MUFG opened in 2006.

MUFG’s existing offices in Melbourne were located on Level 22 at Bourke Place, 600 Bourke Street Melbourne. LPC Advisory assisted MUFG in negotiating a new 550 sqm lease to stay in the same building, on Level 20, 600 Bourke Street Melbourne.

LPC Project Services were engaged by MUFG to provide independent project management consulting services to assist with appointing and managing a Design and Construct Contractor. LPC prepared a Program of Works with critical Hold Points for the development of the design and reconciliation of forecast costs against the project budget.
