Procurement Management: We possess extensive experience in different procurement methodologies, enabling us to provide strategic advice and recommendations on the most suitable approach for each project. We competitively tender and manage the appointment process for consultants, contractors, and suppliers using robust contract terms and ensuring value-for-money outcomes.
Superintendency and Contract Administration: As the Superintendent and third party to the construction contract, LPC represents the Principal (Client) and administers the terms and conditions of the contract between the Head Contractor and the Principal.
Design Management: We have a wealth of experience leading teams of consultants to produce client-centric designs that align with project budgets, programmes, and quality requirements. We advocate for sustainable design and construction practices, ensuring our projects contribute to a more environmentally conscious built environment.
Cost Management: We work closely with our clients to establish the project budget by preparing detailed cost estimates and industry benchmarking. We then monitor and report on costs against the budget and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities.
Claims Assessment and Certification: We ensure the fair, accurate, and timely assessment and certification of payment claims. Our objective is to uphold contractual obligations, consider project progress to date, and comply with the Security of Payment Act (SOPA).
Quality Management: Our focus on delivering high-quality projects involves setting and enforcing strict quality standards and performing inspections and audits.
Programme Management: We excel in coordinating various project activities, creating detailed schedules, and resolving conflicts and delays to ensure smooth progress.
OH&S and Risk Management: We prioritise the health, safety, and well-being of all stakeholders and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Defect, Handover, and Post-Occupancy Management: We assist you in managing defect resolution, facilitating handover, and ensuring a smooth post-occupancy phase for client satisfaction.
