Client Objectives
Sarah and Emmet Condon started Remedy on their kitchen bench in 2012 with a mission to shake fizzy drinks up for good. They have since outgrown three production facilities as Remedy drinkers embraced the rare combination of a product that is not only healthy but also tasty. Remedy is now the market leader and largest kombucha producer in Australia and New Zealand, and the third largest in the world, with international expansion underway across the USA, UK, Canada, and Asia. The objectives of the new fermentary were to fulfil the forecasted demand for the next 10 years, expanding the range of products, packs, and formats that Remedy can put its drinks into, and factoring in ambitious growth targets whilst continually striving for best practice in quality, innovation, and sustainability.
