Omnichannel is the current buzzword in the retail sector. The Australian Bureau of Statistics reports that over the last year, online retailers have increased their market share to 5.6 percent of total retail sales in Australia. This is up from 4.7 percent a year ago, and 3.6 percent at the beginning of 2017.
