Client Objectives

Randstad is a Dutch multinational human resource consulting firm headquartered in Diemen, the Netherlands. It was founded in the Netherlands in 1960 by Frits Goldschmeding and operates in 39 countries.  An agreement to lease Level 19, 345 Queen Street (Central Plaza) had been signed but there wasn’t sufficient time to fitout before the existing lease at 66 Eagle Street expired.  LPC negotiated access to temporary fitted out space on Level 31 at Central Plaza until such time as Level 19 was fitted out.  Level 31 had a  lot of offices which didn’t suit Randstad’s business or workstyle.  This, together with a desire to make the most of the rent-free period, created a strong driver to fitout Level 19 as expeditiously as possible. 

Results

• To fast-track this process, we leveraged where possible the design and lessons learnt from Randstad’s Sydney accommodation project. 
• The project was delivered to budget and on program.
