Client Objectives

AUREC Recruitment is a Randstad company that provides IT recruitment solutions. The new workplace had to accommodate both Randstad staff and Chalfont Consulting which provides ICT Professional Services under a Panel Arrangement or Statement of Works to the federal government.
The brief was to deliver a workplace that was Agile and allowed engagement with clients and staff in a casual social environment.

Results

• To fast-track this process the project was delivered under a Design and Construct delivery model.
• The finished workplace included an ideation area, bar and pool table, polished concrete flooring and exposed ceilings.
