1,800 to 2,200sqm – subject to final space planning.
Location
The following location will be considered; Chatswood, St Leonards, Macquarie Park
Lease Commencement Date
Anticipated lease commencement date Q3 2019.
Access Date
Prior access for Fitout will be required by no later than Q2 2019, with the ability to trade from the premises upon completion of fit out works.
Lease Term
5 to 10 years will be considered with an option to renew.
Floor Plate Size
Ideally located over a single floor or over two contiguous floors.
Fit Out
Preference for refurbished space and amenities for a new fit out but will consider an existing high-quality open plan fitout.
Parking
To be determined – up to 80 spaces.
Natural Light
Preference is for good natural light.
Surrounding Amenities
Preference for amenity within proximity to the building – retail shops, restaurants and gyms etc.

Preference is for good accessibility to public transport
