Laureate currently occupies several premises across the Sydney CBD and fringe.
Type of Accommodation
Good quality accommodation that provides high quality services in a character style building distinct from a standard commercial office offering. A two building solution would be considered i.e approx. 50/50 split between two location.

Lettable area in the range of 11,000 sqm – 12,000 sqm. Alternatively two options ranging from 5,000 to 6,000sqm each.
Location
Sydney CBD and CBD fringe (southern) – Pyrmont wont be considered.
Lease Commencement Date
The client would consider lease commencement dates from Q1 2020 onwards.
Access Date
Access for lessee fitout works would be required at least six (6) months prior to lease commencement subject to services approval.
Lease Term
An initial lease term of ten (10) years is required, with options for renewal.
Floor Plate Size
