Lease Commencement Date

A lease commencement date of 1 July 2020 is anticipated.

Access Date

Access for fit out works will be required no later than three (3) months prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fit out works.

A lease term of 5 years will be considered with a series of 3-5-year options.

Premises Condition

Preference for fitted premises, however refurbished open plan will be considered. The fitted premises to comprise meeting rooms, large training room, open plan area with workstations, storage facility, bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Onsite parking for minimum of 15 cars.

Buildings that can offer the opportunity to expand / contract during the lease term would be well regarded.

Contraction Rights

Buildings that can offer the opportunity to expand / contract during the lease term would be well regarded.
