Conflux Technology are currently based in Geelong and develop cutting edge heat transfer solutions for customers in the aerospace, defence, industrial, energy, automotive and microelectronics industries.

Type of Accommodation

New purpose-built or good quality pre-existing warehouse/factory, manufacturing and office accommodation that meets the specifications set out below.

Lettable Area

Requirement of circa 600-700 sqm of warehouse space, including 140m2 approx. of office space).

Location

Greater Geelong region including Torquay.

Lease Commencement Date

Q4 2022 / Q1 2023

Access Date

Access will be required no later than 3 months prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fit out works.

Lease Term

3-5 year initial term depending on the suitability of the site.

Premises Condition

Power supply of 700 Amps to the premises is required. Due to projected growth plans over the next 3 years, flexibility to expand would be ideal.

Parking

Access to on-site parking for staff.

Agent Appointments

LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
