An initial term lease term of 5-7 years will be considered with option/s for renewal and early termination rights.

Premises Condition

Preference for an existing fitout, made up as follows: 40-50 workstations, 10-15 offices, 1 boardroom, 2 x 6 pax meeting rooms, reception and breakout area.
