Location
Hurstville, preferred location is along/near to McMahon and Woodville and cross streets.
Lease Commencement Date
A lease commencement date of 1 February 2022.
Access Date
Where a fitout is required, access will be required no later than 4 months prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fitout works.
Lease Term
An initial lease term of 5 years will be considered with option/s.
Premises Condition
Both existing modern open plan fit outs and fully refurbished space will be considered. Those Premises with an existing fitout, the ideal configuration would consist of 1 boardroom, 4 small interview rooms and 12 workstations.
Parking
Parking requirement of up to 4 spaces.
Reimbursement of Consultants Cost
Our client requires reimbursement of their professional occupier advisory fees.
Agent Appointments
LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
