Introduction

LPC has been appointed on behalf of an undisclosed office occupier to source office or showroom premises to purchase in Adelaide City or a prominent inner metropolitan area.    The client is open to options that can provide vacant tenure of not less than 700 sqm of ground floor office space in the next couple of years. Options with some additional leased income potential and redevelopment sites will also be considered.
