Lease Commencement Date
A lease commencement date as soon as possible.
Lease Term
An initial lease term of 5 years will be considered with option/s.
Premises Condition
Professional and modern building with good natural light. Consideration will be given to warm and cold shells, spec fit outs or existing fit outs that are of a high quality. Fitted spaces will have a minimum requirement of 3 meeting rooms including a boardroom, kitchen/breakout, plus open plan workstations to maximise team collaboration. Submissions with existing fit outs should include floorplans in their submission.

End of Trip of Facilities
End of trip facilities and access to parking options within close proximity.
Reimbursement of Consultants Cost
Our client requires reimbursement of their professional occupier advisory fees.
