Brief

Type of Accommodation

Warehouse/ showroom / office accommodation with exposure to main road preferred. Preference is for home maker precincts, however industrial precincts and neighbourhood precincts will also be considered.

Lettable Area

1,800 – 2,500 sqm is required. Smaller sized premises with existing gym infrastructure will be considered.

Location

50km radius of Melbourne CBD & Sydney and CBD 50km radius of Brisbane CBD plus the Gold Coast region

Lease Commencement Date

Flexible, targeting Q1, 2025

Access Date

Access for Fit-out Access will be required no later than 1 month prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fit out works.

Lease Term

An initial lease term of 5-10 years will be considered with option/s to renew..

Premises Condition

Landlord to deliver premises as per Ryderwear’s requirements, including air-conditioning, plumbing, flooring and bathroom facilities. Detailed tenant brief document can be provided upon request.

Parking

Access to a minimum of 50 car parks is required.

Signage / Naming Rights

Building and/or Pylon signage is required.

Other

The lease will be in the name of the parent company.

Agent Appointments

LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
