Lease Commencement Date

Access Date

Onsite parking is required within the building or site for 1 to 2 cars. Building can also offer onsite charging stations for electrical vehicle and that contain an outdoor terrace will be well regarded.

Café, restaurants, nearby parks, ground floor lobby café & cycling access are essential/ preferred.
End of Trip of Facilities
On site end of trip facilities and third-party spaces will be well regarded.
Expansion Rights
Expansion rights are required during the lease term.
Contraction Rights
Contraction rights are required during the lease term.
Signage / Naming Rights
Directory signage is required and building signage would also be considered.
NABERs Rating
The preference is for not less than a 4.5-star NABERS Energy and Water rating building.
Green Star Rating
A Green Star rated building will be well regarded.
Reimbursement of Consultants Cost
Our client requires reimbursement of their professional occupier advisory fees.
