Lease Term
An initial lease term of 3 years will be considered with option/s. Possibility of a 5-year term with a break clause.
Premises Condition
Professional and modern building with good natural light. A preference for fitted out space, with a requirement for a minimum of 3 internal offices, boardroom, 1-2 meeting rooms, kitchen, plus 8-10 workstations. Submissions with existing fit outs should include floorplans in their submission.
