New or good quality pre-existing warehouse and office accommodation that meets the specifications set out below.

Lettable Area

1,000 - 1,500 m2 of warehouse space. 250 m2 of office space. 4,000 m2 of yard/hard stand.

Location

Will consider a suitable site in Canberra/Queanbeyan region.

Lease Commencement Date

May 2023.

Access Date

Access will be required no later than 3 months prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fit out works.

Lease Term

3-5 year initial term depending on the suitability of the site.

Premises Condition

Ideally two street frontages with good accessibility for semi-trailer vehicles.

Parking

Access to on-site parking for staff.

Agent Appointments

LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
