Brief

Type of Accommodation
Industrial Warehouse and Hardstand Facility.
Lettable Area
Approximately 7,000 sqm comprising circa 2,000 sqm warehouse / storage and circa 5000 sqm hardstand. Whilst there is no requirement for office accommodation, onsite bathroom and lunchroom amenities or the ability to install same would be required.
Location
Ideally within a 10-15 km radius of Burswood Park. Easy access to major transport routes is a major consideration.
Lease Commencement Date
A lease commencement date of 1 November 2026 is anticipated.
Lease Term
A minimum lease term of 2 years with options to renew will be required. Longer initial lease terms will be considered for suitable properties.
Premises Condition
Hardstand suitable for heavy vehicle access and storage and handling of large, heavy equipment. Drive through / around access would be advantageous and Security is a major consideration
Reimbursement of Consultants Cost
LPC is retained by VenuesWest and will be responsible for LPC’s fees.
Agent Appointments
LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
