LPC has been appointed to act as tenant advisor for Remedy Drinks in relation to their office requirement in Melbourne’s fringe office market.   

Remedy Drinks is shaking fizzy drinks up for good. Since officially launching in 2012 with their inaugural hero beverage, Remedy Kombucha, Remedy has grown from an idea that brewed –quite literally –from the kitchen bench of co-founders Sarah and Emmet Condon to one of Australia’s fastest growing businesses.  Remedy Drinks has rapidly grown to become the national market leader in the kombucha category with more than 20,000 stockists across all channels including grocery, petrol & convenience and QSR, and a growing ecommerce business.

Lease Commencement Date
Flexible lease commencement date, with a minimum of six months lead time.
Access Date
Early access will be required, with the ability to trade from the premises upon completion of fitout work (if any).
Lease Term
An initial lease term of 5 years will be considered with option/s.
Premises Condition
Turnkey fully fitted options preferred, with 35 workstations in an open plan format and a combination of boardroom, smaller meeting rooms and quiet rooms. Where additional meeting rooms are available through a third place or shared arrangement, any such arrangement to be costed and included in the response. High-quality acoustic performance of meeting rooms, and digital connectivity are critical.
Contraction Rights
A right to early termination may be exercised with six months of notice, effective any time from the second anniversary of the lease commencement date.
Reimbursement of Consultants Cost
Reimbursement of tenant advisory fees required.
Agent Appointments
LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
