Introduction

LPC has been engaged by Interlock Construction to act on their behalf in relation to sourcing a new industrial warehouse in Artarmon / Lane Cove. 

We have set out in this request for expressions of interest, details of Interlock’s requirement, together with background information on Interlock.

Interlock Construction is a private Residential & Commercial based construction company. It is registered in both Australia & Nepal and works in tandem with each other to achieve development within people and the industry itself. It does this by providing high quality construction for its clients. We deal specifically in environmentally friendly construction techniques and process and use our own technologies in our construction processes where applicable. Interlock Construction prides itself on being a company that employs marginalized individuals from remote parts of Nepal on good salaries that incite development internally.
