Lease Commencement Date
A lease commencement date of 1 July 2024.
Access Date
A minimum of 4 months early access for fitout is required, with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fitout works.
Lease Term
5-6 Years with the ability to terminate after 3 years.
