Subject to final space planning, an area of circa 70 to 100 sqm is required.

Lease Commencement Date

June 2025

Access Date

Access will be required prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fitout works.

Lease Term

An initial lease term of 5 years will be considered with option/s to renew.

Premises Condition

Existing fitouts will be viewed favourably. Preferred fitout includes a reception area, small board room, 1-2 offices with an open plan area for at least 5 desks.

Parking

a minimum of 2 on-site parks and reasonable nearby public parking.

Other

Disability access and amenities are a requirement.

Agent Appointments

LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
