Location

The following locations are strongly preferred: Hexham, Beresfield, Tomago, Kurri, Cameron Park, Mayfield West, Sandgate. However, other locations maybe considered if they provide good arterial road access and meet other key criteria of the requirement.

Lease Commencement Date

A lease commencement date of 1 March 2022 is anticipated.

Access Date

Access for fit-out works would be required at least 8 weeks prior to lease commencement.

Lease Term

Initial lease term of between 3 to 5 years.

Parking

Onsite parking not essential, but ample off street parking is required.

Reimbursement of Consultants Cost

Our client requires reimbursement of their professional occupier advisory fees.

Good road access with B-double capability. Proximity to Motorway network. Two street frontage would be considered very favourably.
