Type of Accommodation

New purpose-built or good quality pre-existing warehouse and office accommodation that meets the specifications set out below.

Lettable Area

Overall warehouse requirement of 4,000 – 5,000 sq m, including office accommodation of approximately 250 sq m and additional small warehouse office, plus additional hardstand.

Location

The preferred location is within a 10 km radius of Mack Valves’ current address, however all sites that otherwise meet these specifications and are near the M3 – Eastlink will be considered.

Lease Commencement Date

Lease commencement date of 1 December 2022. 

Access Date

Where a fitout is required, access will be required no later than four months prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fitout works.

Lease Term

An initial lease term of seven to twelve years will be considered under the right lease terms and conditions, with options for further terms.

Parking

Secure parking for 60 vehicles.

Other

410 amps, three-phase power supply and a water tank under test area within the warehouse will be required.

Agent Appointments

LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
