Professional building with good natural light. A preference for fitted out space, but not an absolute requirement. Fitted spaces should include a minimum of 2 meeting rooms. boardroom, kitchen, plus open plan workstations. Submissions with existing fit outs should include floorplans in their submission.

Located within 500m of a café and pub and high speed internet.
End of Trip of Facilities
End of trip facilities or access to showers as a minimum.

Opportunity for building signage rights (preferable, not an absolute requirement).
Reimbursement of Consultants Cost
Our client requires reimbursement of their professional occupier advisory fees.
