Current Address
Office Accommodation which provides a high degree of natural light and building services. Preference for good quality existing fitout.
Lettable Area
Subject to final space planning, an area of circa 700 to 1,000sqm is required.
Lease Commencement Date
July 2023.
Access Date
Access will be required prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fitout works.
Lease Term
An initial lease term of 5 years will be considered with option/s to renew.
Parking
A preference for a minimum of 25 car spaces located within the building or accessible via nearby public parking.
Reimbursement of Consultants Cost
Adbri requires reimbursement of its consultant’s fees.
Agent Appointments
LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
