Requirement of circa 600sqm.

Location

Sydney CBD.

Lease Commencement Date

A lease commencement date of 1 August 2025.

Access Date

Where a fitout is required access for fitout will be required 3 to 4 months prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fitout works. Where an existing fitout is in place, the earlier access would be dependent on the level of alterations required.

Lease Term

An initial lease term of 5 years will be considered with option/s.

Premises Condition

Both fully refurbished space and existing modern open plan fitouts will be considered. The ideal configuration would comprise: Reception, 14 to 16 person boardroom, 2 to 4 x 4 to 6 person meeting/interview rooms, 2 to 3 x 2 person interview rooms, Workstations for approximately 65 people

Parking

Minimum 3 car spaces are required.

NABERs Rating

Sustainability is important, please confirm target ratings including NABERS Energy and Water ratings.

Reimbursement of Consultants Cost

Our client requires reimbursement of their professional occupier advisory fees.

Agent Appointments

LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
