Five At Heart is a leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of innovative bike parking and change room facilities in major office buildings throughout Australia and around the globe.

500 – 800 square metres of predominantly warehouse space. Office requirement is approximately 50 square metres.
Lease Commencement Date
A lease commencement date of 1 October 2020 is anticipated.
Access Date
Access for fit-out works would be required at least 8 weeks prior to lease commencement.
Lease Term
Initial lease term of 5 years.
Agent Appointments
LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
