Lettable Area

Subject to final space planning, an area of circa 70 to 150sqm is required.

Lease Commencement Date

Immediate.

Lease Term

An initial lease term of 3-5 years will be considered with option/s to renew.

Fit Out

Existing fitouts will be viewed favourable but not essential. Preferred fitout includes a retail/ reception area plus a minimum of 2 consulting rooms with an open plan area for at least 3 desks.

Parking

A preference for on-site parking or via nearby public parking.

Agent Appointments

LPC will not be involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise between agents, agency firms or consultants in respect of introductions.
