Adelaide CBD or high exposure Northern and North-Eastern Metro.

Lease Commencement Date

Immediate.

Access Date

For fitout access will be required prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fitout works.

Lease Term

Short and long-term leases will be considered.

Fit Out

Existing salon and retail fitouts will be viewed favourably but not essential. For fitout access will be required prior to lease commencement with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of the fitout works.

A preference for on-site parking or via nearby public parking.
