Michael has over 30 years’ experience in real estate valuation, property management, transaction management, portfolio optimisation and leasing.
He specialises in the provision of strategic advice to property occupiers, project feasibility and portfolio analysis with a focus on the industrial sector. Michael held senior positions with JLL and KPMG before spending 13 years on the client side. Through these experiences Michael came to appreciate the importance of advice to occupiers that is conflict free and well informed. He is ideally placed to add value to industrial clients.
