Julie is a shareholder and the Director of LPC South Australia. She is a trusted advisor and lease negotiator with fifteen years of experience. She is passionate about helping tenants get the accommodation outcomes that help their businesses grow and succeed.
Specialising in retail, hospitality and office, Julie brings her clients a depth of experience in lease negotiation, shopping centre leasing, tenant advisory, portfolio lease management and business strategy and support. Her clients also value her broader knowledge of building suitability, fit-out requirements, regulatory approvals and development processes.
Julie is passionate about supporting SA businesses, is on the board of Mainstreet SA and helped over 100 entrepreneurial businesses establish their first bricks & mortar as General Manager of Renew Adelaide.
In her spare time, Julie plays netball and values time spent with her twin sister, family and friends. Julie is a keen camper and a bit of a thrill seeker; she loves scuba diving, snorkelling and an occasional cliff dive at second valley.
